Bing Chat: new reply styles

Microsoft developers have integrated some additional features in Bing Chat, a new version of the search engine based on the Prometheus generative model which in turn is an evolution of GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), the same one that allows the chatbot to function ChatGPT now used by millions of users around the world.

These innovations concern in particular the style with which the answers are returned during the chats, it will therefore be possible to choose between " Creative ", " Balanced " and "Precise" determining different levels of depth by the system. Depending on the style selected, the interface will take on a different colour, purple for the first, blue for the second and green.

The project managers argue that with the latest interventions Bing Chat will be able to provide even more accurate outputs. 
The improvements would also concern the integration with Microsoft Edge, in the Dev version, where the system is now able to understand the context of the web page opened by the user in the browser.

Also noteworthy is the introduction of a counter which will make it possible to know the number of pairs formed by questions and answers generated during each session of use. in fact, it is useful to remember that the chatbot of the engine of the Redmond company allows a maximum of 6 interactions per session and no more than 100 in the course of a day.

For the moment Bing Chat is still in the preview phase and can only be used by those who have received the invitation to participate in the tests, its experimentation phase continues while up to now there have been few updates regarding what it should be its biggest competitor: Mountain View's Google Bard.
