YouTube automation agent that researches, produces, and publishes YouTube videos on autopilot

I built this after spending too many Saturdays doing the same loop myself: research a topic, write a script, record or generate voiceover, cut the video, design a thumbnail, write a title that won't get buried, then start over the next week. Most people who want a YouTube channel never get past episode three for exactly this reason, not because the ideas run out, but because the production loop is brutal.

YouTube Automation Factory is the YouTube automation agent I built to run that whole loop for you.

It's an end-to-end automation workflow that scans for topics your audience already searches for, writes and produces the video, generates a thumbnail, and publishes straight to YouTube with the title, description, and tags filled in. Once it's configured, the channel can keep shipping without you opening an editor.

Instead of blocking out a Saturday to make one video, you turn the system on and let it keep building your catalog.

How it works

1. Find topics people are already searching for

Every day, the system pulls from YouTube search suggestions, trending videos in your niche, Reddit threads, and Google Trends to surface topics with real demand behind them.

Ideas get scored by search volume, competition, and how well they match your channel, so your queue stays full of videos worth making instead of guesses.

You control where it looks. A research config panel lets you set your niche, describe your target viewer, and pick which sources feed the queue, so the topic list always tracks the channel you're actually building.

2. Produce the video automatically

Pick a topic, and the production engine builds the whole package:

  • Full script with a hook, body, and call to action
  • AI voiceover
  • Assembled video with visuals, captions, and pacing matched to the script
  • Custom thumbnail
  • Title options ranked by predicted click-through
  • Description and tags

You can require approval before anything moves to publishing, or let it run straight through.

3. Publish to YouTube automatically

Once a video is approved, the system logs into your YouTube channel and uploads it: video file, thumbnail, title, description, tags, category, and visibility. If something blocks the upload, an expired login or a rejected file, it stops and tells you why instead of pretending the video went live.

You decide how hands-off this gets. Review every upload, or flip on full autopilot and let research, production, and publishing run without you touching it.

4. Run it from chat

You don't need a dashboard open to manage the channel. Send commands like:

  • "Produce video 3"
  • "What's pending review?"
  • "Publish video 5"
  • "How did last week's uploads perform?"

The whole pipeline responds to plain chat commands.

5. Watch the channel from one dashboard

Three tabs, one view of the whole operation.

Pipeline shows topics queued, videos in production, anything waiting on your approval, what's published, and the full history behind it.

Analytics pulls real numbers straight from your YouTube channel: views, watch time, subscriber growth, and which uploads are actually performing, with a table covering everything you've published.

Audience shows subscriber trends, comment activity, and which videos are driving the most engagement, so you can see what's landing without digging through YouTube Studio.

Every step gets logged, so you can pause, review, or resume the pipeline whenever you want.

Why this is different

Most "YouTube AI" products are a script generator or a voiceover tool. You still have to do the research, the editing, and the upload yourself.

YouTube Automation Factory is the whole pipeline, not one piece of it. It researches, writes, produces, and publishes on your behalf. You're not buying a script template. You're installing a video automation workflow that keeps a channel moving.

It learns from what actually gets watched

Most content tools guess at what will work and stop there. This one checks its own homework.

Every day, the system pulls real watch time and click-through data from your channel and feeds it back into the topic researcher. Formats and topics that are actually getting watched get prioritized. Ones with proven low performance need stronger evidence before another video gets built around them.

Run it long enough and the queue stops chasing what looked good on paper and starts chasing what your viewers actually finish watching.

Good fit for

  • Faceless channel builders
  • Niche educators
  • Coaches and course creators
  • Agencies managing client channels
  • Podcasters repurposing into video
  • Anyone who wants a channel without becoming a full-time editor

Works in any niche

The whole system runs on configuration, not hardcoded topics. Change your niche, your target viewer, or your research sources, and the pipeline starts hunting a new market the same day.

If people are searching YouTube for it, there's usually a video worth making.

Frequently asked questions

What is a YouTube automation agent?
A YouTube automation agent is software that handles the repetitive, time-consuming parts of running a channel: research, scripting, voiceover, editing, thumbnails, and publishing. Instead of doing each step by hand every week, the agent runs the full production loop and hands you a finished, ready-to-publish video. This one is built to run that whole loop end to end, not just automate one piece of it.
Will I lose control of what gets published?
No. You decide how hands-off you want it to be. You can review and approve every video before it goes live, or let it run fully on autopilot once you trust the output. Nothing publishes without the level of oversight you choose.
Does it work for any niche?
Yes. The research and scripting steps adapt to whatever niche you point them at, from finance and tech to gaming, self-improvement, or history. You are not locked into one content category.
What do I need to get started?
A YouTube channel connected through Google/YouTube API credentials, and Hermes AI, Zo Computer or Claude AI to run the agent on.
