What this agent does
Good cold outreach requires real research — who to contact, what they actually care about, evidence they have the problem you solve — and that research is exactly what gets skipped when you're sending in volume. This agent does the research properly for every single lead and turns it into ready-to-send drafts, so volume and personalization stop being a trade-off.
company-researcher— given a company website or LinkedIn URL, identifies likely decision-makers, recent company activity, and evidence-backed pain points relevant to what you're selling.outreach-drafter— writes a personalized cold email and a separate LinkedIn message, each referencing specific evidence from the research (not generic personalization tokens), ready for your review before sending.
Every run saves the research and both drafts to a per-lead file, so you build a reusable research archive alongside the outreach itself.
Requirements
- Runs entirely on free, built-in research tools (
web_search,web_research) — no paid lead-enrichment or intent-data API required. - Works on Zo Computer natively and on Claude AI (claude.ai with web search, or Claude Code).
- Nothing is ever sent automatically — every draft is written for your review, not auto-dispatched.
Setup
- Unzip the package into your workspace, keeping the folder structure intact.
- Edit
config/outreach-profile.mdwith what you're selling, your ideal customer profile, and your voice/tone preferences. - Run a starter prompt from
starter-prompts.mdagainst one company URL to see the full pipeline end to end. - For a list of leads, feed the pipeline one URL at a time via
automation-prompt.md's batch pattern.
